Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our first and main concern. We understand that you want to be able to give and receive information online and not have to sacrifice your
identity to do so. We use the information collected from orders only to process and ship orders. We will never sell any customer's information to any third
party. This is our pledge to you, our customer. Any information gathered on this site will be used only by Spray Gun Captain. We have set processes and procedures
to safeguard and secure all information regarding our customers. We use return email addresses to answer the emails we receive and to send order confirmations and
tracking information only.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually
know are under 13.
Limitations: Even though we try our best to ensure your privacy and security and always look to use the best available and tested technologies to guard
and protect our web site and our customers, we face the same risks as all Internet companies.

WARRANTY
All of our products are new and are packaged by the manufacturer. We do not sell used or second hand products. When applicable, all of our products are covered
by the individual manufacturer’s warranty. We are not an authorized warranty or repair center. All products that are under warranty must be returned directly
to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We want you to be satisfied which your purchase. If your product proves to be defective you must contact the manufacturer.

Returns
All returns require our written approval and Return Materials Authorization number (RMA). You must E-mail us prior to sending back any item so we can issue a RMA
number and provide you with the correct return shipping address. Items returned must be in their original packaging and include instructions and tools. Provide
a copy of your invoice with your approved return authorization and provide us with your credit card number and expiration date so we can issue a credit on your
card. Returned items must be shipped back freight prepaid by the shipper.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any or all returned merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a particular product,
it must be returned within 10 days in its original packaging and condition.
NOTE: Only items that are returned in perfect resalable condition and in their original unopened container will be accepted.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
Please be sure to include the entire card number, expiration date, verification code number (CVV) and bill to address.
* Credit cards are not processed until orders are shipped.

Shipping
Free Freight for all UPS ground orders over $400.00
(Not all Items/orders can ship via UPS, Standard freight will apply)
Spray Gun Captain offers standard and priority shipping. Most orders are shipped UPS ground, expedited service is available for faster delivery.
Shipping charges are based on the weight class of your order. Consult the shipping charges chart below for the shipping rates. Keep in mind
that packaging and handling costs are also calculated into the shipping charge.
Orders that ship expedited (UPS 2nd or next day), standard UPS air shipping & handling rates apply.
For certain items (tank liners, booth filter, floor paper) shipping weights are calculated dimensionally. Shipping cost is calculated using
the weight and dimensions of the product based on the UPS model.
Orders that are to large to ship via UPS will ship via common carrier, standard shipping & handling rates apply.
Shipment Notification
Upon shipment customers will be notified by e-mail the ship date, items ordered, item cost, freight cost and tracking number.

Backorders
Most orders are shipped the same day, but on the rare occasion sometimes we get caught short and backorders do happen. If we choose
to release and ship your available items, you will not be charged shipping twice. Customers will be notified by e-mail of any backorders.
Disclaimer - Buyer's Responsibility
It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all federal, state and local laws concerning the purchase, use or ownership of
the items we sell.
By purchasing any item from us the buyer warrants that he/she is over the age of 18 and is in compliance with all local,
state, and federal laws, and is legally able to purchase the item(s).
We may not be held responsible for any non-compliance with any law, and, may not be held responsible for any damage or
injury to any person(s) or property resulting from the use of any item sold by us.
Sales Tax
Nevada residents pay appropriate sales tax. We do not collect sales tax for orders that are generated outside of, or that ship to addresses outside the State of Nevada.
